Wes
Owner & Lead Coach
With over 25 years of coaching experience, Wes brings a deep passion and commitment to
gymnastics. As the owner of Aspire, he’s actively involved in coaching across the gym. Wes’s
favorite part of coaching is “seeing the kids be successful, achieving their goals, and getting
skills.” He encourages all of his athletes to always “push through adversity” both in and out of
the gym.
When he’s not coaching, Wes enjoys riding his dirt bike or motorcycle. He also loves coffee,
wine, and all types of cheese. A fun and unexpected talent: he can move his ears! His favorite
kind of music? Classic '70s and '80s country.

Kendalyn
Head Secretary
Kendalyn is the organizational powerhouse behind the front desk at Aspire. As Head Secretary,
she oversees billing, staffing, and all front desk operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
for both families and staff. Her attention to detail and calm, helpful presence makes her a go-to
for questions, support, and daily operations.
Outside of work, Kendalyn loves drawing, painting, and sewing; she enjoys just about any
creative project she can get her hands on. She’s a big fan of browsing JoAnn Fabrics for new
ideas! Her favorite color is green, and Olive Garden is her top pick for dining out.

Meagan
Lead Coach
With over 20 years of coaching experience, Meagan brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and
passion to our competitive Teams, including coaching college-level athletes. She is also a
certified strength and conditioning coach, which enhances her ability to support athletes’
physical development. Meagan’s favorite part of coaching is “seeing athletes progress and gain
confidence.”
When she’s not at the gym or traveling with the team, Meagan enjoys cycling, exercising, and
shopping at her favorite store, TJ Maxx. She loves dining at Spring & Main Café. A fun fact about
Meagan is her unique talent for creating fun and original games that keep her classes exciting
and engaging.

Bria
Lead Coach
Bria has been coaching gymnastics for 6 years and joined Aspire in February 2021. She coaches
Team and always encourages her students by reminding them that “they are strong and
capable.” Her favorite part of coaching is watching kids master new skills, grow in confidence, and fall in love with the sport that has given her so much. Outside the gym, Bria loves to travel and practice gymnastics. Her favorite travel destination so far is Belgium, though she also adores any place with a beach. Some of Bria’s favorite things include the color pink, gluten-free sweet treats, and dining at Firebirds. A fun fact about Bria is that she holds a Doctorate in Education!

Madi
Lead Coach
Madi has been coaching for 13 years, starting when she was just 15, and she now serves as the
Teams’ Manager. Her favorite part of coaching is “watching all of the kids improve.” When she’s
away from the gym, Madi enjoys being in the woods, sewing, crocheting, or hunting. She also
loves spending time with her daughter, Eliza, and shopping at craft stores. Some of her favorite
things include Kit Kat candy and dining at Texas Roadhouse. A fun fact about Madi is that she
cares for 21 chickens, two dogs named Diesel and Browning, and two cats, Kat and Milo. Fall is
her favorite season, thanks to the cozy clothes, vibrant colors, comforting smells, and of course,
Thanksgiving, since she loves to cook.

Logan
Lead Coach
Logan has been coaching at Aspire for several years, currently teaching Falcons and Level 1 All
Around classes. She loves seeing the kids have fun and enjoys mixing up the equipment to keep
things exciting. When she’s not at the gym, Logan spends her time doing gymnastics for fun or
catching up on her favorite TV shows. A fun fact about her: she’s visited Disney World 11 times,
making it her favorite vacation destination.

Kylie
Lead Coach
With 14 years of coaching experience, Kylie joined Aspire in October 2023. She is passionate
about fostering a supportive environment where athletes learn that “It’s okay to not get skills
right away.” When she’s not coaching, Kylie enjoys singing along to her favorite songs. Some of
her favorite things include the color green and Jolly Rancher candy! A fun fact about her is that
her favorite book is A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara.

Hannah
Lead Coach
Hannah brings over a decade of competitive gymnastics experience to her role at Aspire. She
currently teaches Levels 1–4 All Around, Level 5/6 Tumble & Tramp, and Team programs. Passionate about helping athletes grow in both skill and confidence, Hannah creates a positive and motivating environment in every class. Outside the gym, she enjoys CrossFit, painting, and baking. Some of her favorite things include the color pink, vanilla-scented candles, a scoop of just about any type of ice cream, and her favorite animal is a cow. A fun fact: she's also a tattoo artist!

Crystal
Front Desk Secretary
Crystal is the friendly face who welcomes you at the front desk and helps keep things running
smoothly at Aspire. As our secretary, she handles scheduling, communication, and day-to-day
organization with a cheerful attitude and attention to detail. Whether you're registering for a
program or calling with a question, Crystal is always ready to help with a smile. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two boys, her daughter, and the newest addition to the family, Luna, their playful puppy! Crystal’s favorite color is aqua, she’s always
happy with a plate of pasta or cilantro lime chicken tacos, and she never misses a chance to
shop at Target!

Carly
Lead Coach
Coach Carly’s favorite event to teach is the beam, where she loves helping athletes master skills
like pullovers and turns. Growing up in athletics, her fondest memories come from building
strong bonds with her teammates and coaches—relationships that inspire her coaching style
today. She loves teaching at Aspire because the students brighten her day every day, and she
truly enjoys helping them achieve their goals. Carly’s message to her students is simple but
powerful: “Always try your best, work hard, and have fun! I’ll always support you!” Her favorite color is blue, and she’s a big fan of seafood—especially seafood boils and anything fresh from the sea.

Maddy
Lead Coach
Maddy’s favorite event to coach is vault, and she especially loves teaching back handsprings.
One of her fondest athletic memories is competing in her last state meet as an Xcel Diamond
gymnast after 14 years in the sport, with a standout moment of scoring a 9.9 on bars in Level 6.
Maddy coaches All Around and Level 5, 6, and 7 Tumble and Trampoline classes. Her message to students is: “Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.” She loves teaching at Aspire because the kids bring smiles to her face every day, and she gets to share her passion for a sport she truly loves.

Chelsea
Lead Coach
​Chelsea’s favorite event to coach is bars, and she especially enjoys teaching back handsprings
and giants. Growing up in gymnastics, her fondest memories are of how the team and gym became like a second family—filled with competitions, adventures, journeys, gym get-togethers, sleepovers, and unforgettable experiences at Camp Woodward. Chelsea coaches Penguins, Falcons, All Around, Tumble, Trampoline, and Ninja classes at Aspire. She wants her students to always feel supported and encouraged, to discover their inner potential, and to be the best they can be. She loves teaching here, finding it incredible to see one of her old coaches living their dream by opening their own gym. The amazing staff and wonderful students make coming to work a joy every day!

Julia
Lead Coach
Trampoline is Julia’s top event, and she especially enjoys teaching cartwheels. Some of her fondest memories from her athletic days are the team bonding activities after long practices or
big wins—like going out for ice cream together.
Julia teaches the Hummingbird Parent & Me classes at Aspire, where she loves working closely
with young children and their parents. She finds great joy in helping little ones grow into strong,
confident gymnasts while supporting families every step of the way. Julia wants her students to
really have fun and experience just how exciting gymnastics can be.
She loves teaching here because of the wonderful people—everyone is so kind and welcoming,
making it a great place to grow and learn.

Sam
Team Secretary
Sam is the friendly face behind the scenes helping keep our Aspire team running smoothly! As
Team Secretary, she supports our coaches by keeping things organized, clear, and on track,
especially when it comes to communicating with families and making sure everything stays
orderly. Known for her helpful nature and warm personality, Sam is always happy to lend a
hand or answer a question. Outside the gym, you’ll likely find her browsing her favorite plant
shop, strolling the aisles of Target, making something with her Cricut, or at the park with her
three kids. Her greatest joy in life? Watching her children do what they love!

Rose
Lead CoachCoach Rose coaches Levels 1–3 and leads the Silks program at Aspire, where she loves teaching back walkovers and helping students build confidence through fun and creative movement.
One of her proudest accomplishments is introducing silks to the gym—an exciting and often
overlooked part of gymnastics. Known for her positive energy and gentle coaching style, Coach
Rose enjoys getting to know her athletes and making Aspire feel like a true family. Outside the
gym, she practices contortion, is currently studying welding, and loves elephants, the color
pink, and quesadillas from Patrón. Her favorite quote is “Just keep swimming,” and she brings
that same spirit of perseverance and joy to every class!
